This Privacy Policy statement (“Privacy Policy”) aims to ensure the protection of your

privacy, and also to assist you in understanding how Company treats your information,

while using the Website and/or the Activity (defined below) and/or any other services, as

may be offered from time to time (collectively the Website and the Activity shall be

referred to as the “Services”).

By using the Services, you agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree

to any of the provisions as set in this Privacy Policy, you have no right to use the

Services.

If you intend to use the Website, this Privacy Policy should read together with the Terms

of Use Agreement, and together they constitute the entire agreement between you and

Segoma.

This Privacy Policy describes how Company collects and treats your information while

you are using the Services.

For purposes of this Privacy Policy, “Personal Information” shall mean information

which identifies an individual user of the Services, primarily being e-mail, name, address,

financial information such as payment methods etc., of such individual, whether provided

by you during your use of the Services and/or in the course of the registration process to

the Services “Anonymous Information” shall mean information which does not enable

identification of an individual user.

Changes of the Privacy Policy

Company reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time by publishing the

revised Privacy Policy on the Website. The revised Privacy Policy shall become effective

within ten (10) days of such publication. Your continued use of the Services after expiry

of the notice period of ten (10) days, shall constitute your acceptance to be bound by the

terms and conditions of the revised Privacy Policy.

How Company Collects and Uses Personal Information

Company will not collect any Personally Information, except when such information is

voluntarily provided by you. Company does not require you to provide Personal

Information in order to have access to the Website. However, certain parts of the Services

may require you to provide Company its affiliated companies and trusted third party

service providers and contractors, with Personal Information, each for the purposes for

which it was submitted by you.

Personal Information shall be used, collected and stored by Company to respond to you

or to process, validate, and verify service requests and to perform the requested Services.

You may also provide Company with your contacts’ email addresses to sign up for the

Company mailing list for receiving updates, newsletters or news and notices regarding

the Services. You may easily remove yourself from our mailing list by following the

instructions provided under the email you will receive from us.

Company may always retain and use your information as necessary to comply with its

legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce Company's agreements.

As further described in the Terms of Use Agreement, Company uses the Website as a

platform to provide an online crowd sourced diamond grading application, which enables

users to grade the presented images on the Website, according to certain criteria and/or

questions presented on the Website (the "Activity"). Although Company exclusively

owns all right and title in such Activity, the Activity available on the Website, will not

identify the owner of the stones and/or diamonds to any third party, other than as required

by law.

Except for purposes stated expressly in this Privacy Policy, Company's will not use your

Personal Information.

How Company Collects and Uses Anonymous Information

Company may collect and store certain Anonymous Information in the course of your use

of the Services. This Anonymous Information may include information regarding the IP

Address and Geo-IP parameters, time of usages, and other information regarding the type

and manner of use of the Activity and/or Services.

Company may use such Anonymous Information by itself and/or through third parties'

web analytics services to understand how its users use the Services, to analyze retention,

to ensure that the Services are up to date, and to improve the Services and enhance the

experience of the users.

Cookies and Clear Gifs Policy

While Company uses third parties' web analytics services as aforesaid, such third parties

may collect Anonymous Information, such as information concerning your use of

Websites and preferences, by using various types of cookies and clear gifs. Cookies,

which are small text files, stored on your computer, in order to improve the performance

of the Services and collect data which enhance the functionality and offering of the

Services. Clear gifs are tiny graphics with a unique identifier (but do not retain any

personal identifiable information), which are used to count your visits/clicks to web

Without derogating from the forgoing, In order to provide you with the Services,

Company may utilize, include in the Services, install in your machine, distribute to you

and/or otherwise make available to you certain third-party software, components, cookies

and/or libraries that are subject to open source license and/or to other third-parties license

terms (“Third Party Software”). Without derogating from the generality of the above, as

you navigate in Company Website, certain Third Party Software required for the

RESPECT TO ANY INFORMATION GATHERED AND/OR AGGREGATED

AND/OR USED AND/OR MISUSED BY SUCH THIRD PARTY VIA THE THIRD

PARTY SOFTWARE AND/OR WITH RESPECT TO ANY NEGLIGENCE AND/OR

Children's Privacy

Company is committed to protect children’s privacy and to follow the laws, regulations

and guidelines in regard to children's privacy. In accordance, the Services are not

intended for children under the age of thirteen (13) and Company will never knowingly

If Segoma, in the future, go through business transition such as a merger, acquisition by

another company, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, your information may be among

the assets transferred and Company is allowed, at its sole discretion, to assign this

Privacy Policy or any rights hereunder to any such third party acquirer of Company or its

assets, without giving prior notice.
